Make background (margin/border) wider

  • Hi, I am trying to find out how to make the background image area in Twenty Sixteen wider.. Does anyone know how I can do this?

    In the link image, it is the yellow border I want to make wider, on the left and right sides of the page of the site.

    Hi, I only have a draft of the site at the moment, but the above link/info should be sufficient.

    See link: I want to make the background (yellow) image area wider on both sides (left/right). I’m able to change the width of the content within the page, but not the actual outer page. I’m assuming it is a border or margin which I have to widen, but I haven’t been able to determine where in the css/php file this attribute is for Twenty Sixteen.

    So, in other words, wider visible background on left and right sides.
