• My client wants to make the black background edges take up less space, be more narrow overall, on the sides of her site here:

    so the white site area would take up more space, becoming wider, and there would be less black at the edges.

    I sort of assumed that this would be an obvious CSS edit I could find and make, but after exploring the style.css for hours, I’ve decided I can’t do it. (Am I wrong?)

    It seems to me there are too many other moving parts, and it needs to stay how it is in width because of the header and other columns.

    Yea its a CSS edit, you have to alter the width for the white area, but correspondingly also have to change the width of all the inner elements to make the layout adapt to the new width settings.
    So yea its simple but a little time consuming.
