Make clickable

  • Hi, we only use USPS and I want to make the tracking number clickable and have it go to the USPS website. This can be done by hard coding the USPS website link and appending the shipping number, because the USPS tracking URL has the shipping number at the very end of the URL. Just not sure what file I’d add this into. Any takers?

    First, you must manually enter the URL structure of your carrier along with the tracking number, this would be an example but it depends on each carrier:

    Then, you must add the tag that I mentioned before to be able to show the link in the order details:

    https://we.tl/t-63yzMahO9J

    In this way, it will look like this:

    https://we.tl/t-rBlq5cre0Z

    We have been able to view and also download the 3 screenshots of the 3 links. You should simply be able to send us a screenshot of what appears to you? You can use WeTransfer too. It’s rare since we have done it from different browsers and they are seen correctly.
