Make comments visible only to registered users | Multisite

I am trying to find a way to make comments private, visible only to registered users.
I researched a bit but I cant really find a plugin or a way I can understand how (to my limited php knowledge) it can be done.

It is a fresh WP multisite installation, if that makes any difference.

Any advice welcomed.
