Make different Templates for Categories

Hi –

Trying to make it so that on this site I just launched (https://1350kman.com/) when you go to any of the “Sports” sections, I can have a different template using a unique sports-specific header and sidebar. For instance, put some football images up on the header instead of the KS prairie, etc.

I know how to do this on specific PAGES… But after much searching, I can’t find a way to do this for CATEGORIES. In this case, I’d need to make it for categories 5, 10, 12, 14, and 15.

Is this even possible?

I’d like eventually to make them each a little different too… Highschool ones have the local highschool pics, etc… But if someone could give me a tip at least to get started with 1, I’m sure I could tweak it from there.
