Make Event Times Appear in Order

The calendar shows events in chronological order by default, including the events for a day (earlier times are shown first). If this isn’t the case for your calendar please provide your calendar URL, and specify which day, so I can take a look.

Well, it doesn’t seem to be working for me as you can tell by this calendar:
