make friendly URL based on search term

How can I change the slug so it will show the search term in the URL.
For example: when I search now for the term URL the URL structure look like that:https://example.com/search/?q=jdn#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=url&gsc.sort=
But I need it to show like that:
https://example.com/search/url
Like on www.ads-software.com search page.
And I want it also to be indexed by google so when user search on google the term “URL” my website will be anywhere in the search result pages.
