Make height auto adjust to 100%

I would like each page’s height to be 100% regardless of how little content is in them. So for the About page, I would like the footer to end up at the bottom even though there isn’t enough content to push it down. I don’t want to use a set pixel height because it will look different on various screen resolutions.
