Make Image Link to Article?

Great plugin. But is there a way to make the image that shows up in the RSS feed link to the article URL. I think intuitively people will want to click on the image to go to the article.

If this isn’t a feature that can be adde to the plugin anytime soon, does anyone know how to customize the code to make this work?
