Make it look like the demo

There is lots of info – tutorials, docs, support. How can I simply make a course with lessons?
https://tapsuccess.com/course/welcome/ is off-center, doesn’t have quiz, and has navigation below instead of left on laptop and too narrow on mobile.
https://tapsuccess.com/lesson/welcome-1/ doesn’t have quiz and should Back and Next navigation and too wide on both laptop and mobile.
Is this a theme (Neve) conflict or a problem with Sensei or my learning curve?

Just asking, shouldn’t be as easy to make a Course or a Lesson as it is to make a Post or a Page? There’s LOTS of info on how to configure stuff AFTER you publish. How about getting it simple and easy to publish first?

Can anyone help, please?

Example: I choose new course, then new lesson. I choose the Sensei free theme. My choices are video lesson, lesson resources, lesson content, write lesson content, lesson with quiz, default lesson, zoom meeting or discussion question.

What’s wrong with a video lesson with resources, content, quiz and navigation to the next lesson?

How can I have a video, subheads, paragraphs, quiz and navigation to the next lesson?

Is there a reason why the courses have no margin on mobile format?

When I install the plugin, the laptop is off the left edge of the page and mobile has either very wide margins or none at all.

The theme you chose might not be 100% compatible with Sensei. Have you tried to switch to a default theme (like Twenty-twenty) to see if the layout issues you reported get solved? If so, it means the theme isn’t fully compatible with Sensei.
