Make Item IDs more obvious

There are a LOT of plugins that refer to the ID of something… A page, an attachment, a post, a category, etc. And while it’s not difficult to find it for anyone that’s a little web savvy, it is very user unfriendly.

I know you can’t do anything about the plugins themselves, an exceptionally good plugin will find other ways to refer to WordPress items. However maybe you could make it easier to find an id by putting it in big, bold numbers next to their items in their respective lists.
