Make Job listing show in dash board for employee users

I am setting up my company intranet and installed the plugin to allow HR to post job openings. I would like to create a user with say the employee permission, that has access to the Job Listing menu, or place the Job Management screen accessible from their dash board. I really would want to avoid placing links to this section on an intranet page.

How can I make this work?

Create a role, give them access to only the settings in the admin area you want.
