Make Links Nofollow?

Hi,

I am not sure if there’s a way to make each link nofollow. I’m trying to set up a shop with affiliate links in each gallery (each link goes to a different item).

Any help would be much appreciated. I am not super tech savvy so the more details provided, the better ??
