Make Local Delivery option only available when certain items added to cart

Hi, I’m wondering how I can only allow the ‘Local Delivery’ option to show when certain products have been added to cart. Preferably something I can specify in the admin panel on a per product basis to make a product eligible for local delivery.
I can’t seem to find any plugins that would enable me to do this.
