Make /my-course/ Slug changeable

Hi there!
The plugin looks absolutely awesome, thanks for the hard work!

However, I saw in the settings I could change almost any slug, except for “/my-course/”. This is also a must for other languages than English so please make it adjustable via a setting.

2 occurcences:
domain.com/courses/my-course/
and:
domain.com/my-course/units etc.

In German (I come from Germany) the above should be translated to something like that:
domain.de/kurse/meine-kurse/
and:
domain.de/meine-kurse/einheiten etc.

So it’s about “/meine-kurse/” what would be needed here, at least for German ??
