Make Never Update Passwords the import default

    On the import tab of the settings. There is a drop down with the label Never update passwords?
    The default options is to use the default behavior, but I would like to make the default the second option which is Never update passwords?
    We have a several adminstrator for an education site and the default behavior is too risky since it will result in a password reset by default.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

    We are preparing a way to save all options so if you choose never update password, it will be the default, so you won’t have the problem soon.
