Make NextGen default gallery

@suesuethomas – We do not have a method to do this … sounds really interesting as a possible new Feature Request item though.

Thanks Cais. If this isn’t possible I probably won’t use NextGen much because I’d be constantly moving things from one gallery to another. Life is too short! Thanks for your quick reply.
