Make payment link available to “on hold” orders

    I’m wanting to make the payment link available to customers with “on hold” orders.

    Currently bank and cheque paying customers placing an order recurve a. Order confirmation with mailing and/or bank details for payment. This is great, but I would like them to be able to access the payment link of they change their mind and want to pay by credit card. The link is only available to customrr orders that are “payment pending”. If I generate the link and subsequently change order status to on hold, then the link generates an error message when used.

    Hey there!

    The payment page will not show with “on-hold” status, as that’s not a status used for when you are waiting on the customer to pay online.

    If you’re wanting to change how that works, you’d want to write some customizations.
