Make Photo a required field

Hi,
you can do that using either Custom Fields extension or if you are familiar with PHP you can use the Limit File Uploads snippet https://github.com/simpliko/wpadverts-snippets/blob/master/limit-file-uploads/limit-file-uploads.php

You would need to customize the code a bit to just leave there the validator which checks the number of files uploaded (the upload_limit validator).
