Make Portefolio background image clickable.

  • Trying to make this image https://prntscr.com/i46ij6 clickable and linking to https://test1.alfasteel.pt/portfolio/

    The customizer does not have an option to make it so.

    What’s the code to achieve this? Something like this:
    <a href="https://test1.alfasteel.pt/portfolio/"> <img src="test1.alfasteel.pt/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Portefolio.jpg"/> </a>

    Tried this code in header.php | index.php | homepage-onetone.php with no luck. Maybe the code is wrong, or i didn’t insert it in the right place.

    The question should be +- universal to all themes no?
