Make product only available when another is added to cart

Hello,

I have a photography site and I would like the parents to be able to purchase the digital files only if they purchase a package. Is there any way I can restrict the digital product so that the parents cannot purchase this individually? I am using Woocommerce so is there a particular plugin that could do this?
