Make Senders Email Address a Link in the Body Message

I’ve been searching for a way to do this. Not sure why there’s nothing posted about it. So when i receive a message via the contact form on my site, the email address that the sender entered is just text that i have to highlight, copy and paste in my email client. How can i make this a clickable link that will open my default mail client?
