Make side bar only show child links?

I think this is pretty basic. I have 3 main pages. Each of those pages has 4 or 5 child pages. When clicking any of the 3 main pages, I’d like the sidebar to show the link’s for it’s child pages. If I click a child page, I’d like the links to remain for the other child pages…

Any suggestions for how I can do this?
