Make specific times unavailable for booking

    Hi Hakan!

    The app has gone live for 3 weeks and it’s really good so far.

    We are having a new situation that we’re facing.

    We need to block a timeslot (Friday 10am-2pm) as we are doing stock-take. As a result, we cannot allow anyone to book during this period. It is a once-off event

    Any suggestions on how this can be done?

    Hi,

    If it is a once only event, you can add a manual booking to cover that slot.

    Hi Hakan

    My service has a capacity of 16 though
    Is there a setting that can be done?

    I remember seeing “special day” setting but not sure how it works

    If you have Group Bookings addon, you can set 16 pax for the manual booking.

    If you don’t have that addon, the easiest way is to first create a manual booking for that slot (you may first set “Strict Check for Manual Entries” setting to No) and then repeat it 15 times using “Rebook” button. It will just take a few minutes.

    If you needed this regularly I would recommend Seasonal Working Hours premium addon, using which you could black out any time interval in selected weeks, but it will be overkill for just one time use.
