Make Teasers into Excerpts — with Read More?

    I activated this plug in and edited in Genesis> Grid Loop — but it is showing full posts now in two columns.

    How can I make this into only 100 words, etc? With a read more tag? THANK YOU for any help! I am very excited about this, just need to figure out how to edit. (I am not a coder, but think I can copy and paste into functions.php of my theme.)

    I figured this out! Now, I am looking for a code to only make the MOST RECENT post “full length” — I found Eric’s code for full length “feature” posts — but I only want the most recent post on the first page to be full length — any suggestions? thanks!!
