Make the banner disappear completely once cliked

    Hello

    My banner appears at the bottom right of the page, and I would like it to disappear completely once the user has clicked on his choice. For the time being, it’s only shrinking.

    What can I do? Thank you

    Hi @enumaelle,

    You can configure this under Complianz -> Cookie Banner -> General -> Manage consent display options. Set this option to “Hide everywhere” to disable the button entirely.

    But in this case, the banner doesn’t appear AT ALL, even on the visitor’s 1st visit, does it? What I want is for it to disappear once the user has made his choice.

    So far, there’s still a small “manage consent” box, which the user can click on to see the banner reappear.

    This is precisely what I want to remove, once the choice has been made…

    Hi @enumaelle,

    The setting described above will only disable the Manage Consent button and does not affect the normal Cookie Banner. Setting the option to what I mentioned would result in the exact desired behavior that you described.

    You might have to clear cache in your optimization tools for the change(s) to be reflected on your website though.
