make the coupon code mandatory in the woocommerce checkout page

hello I am in the process of making a sales site with woocommerce and I have linked the product page to the order page so I cancel the cart page. but now we don’t want someone to buy the product without a recommendation and to recommend a customer you have to give them your code and there we put a discount code that we assign to each partner member. now it is necessary that the coupon code at the level of the order is obligatory otherwise the order does not pass. so far all I have been able to do has not worked.(sorry I have no lein for the moment I am local) thanks in advance for the help cordiamlement.
