You can achieve this by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

.is-ajax-search-post .is-title a {
    position: absolute;
    top: 0;
    left: 0;
    display: block;
    width: 78%;
    padding: 0 0 75px 89px;
}

.is-ajax-search-post .is-ajax-result-description {
    margin-top: 25px;
}
