Make the original author box to be the primary one

    After installing the co-authors plus plugin we have two author boxes in dashboard post, one is the original author metabox and second one is the authors box given by co-authors plus.

    Below is the scenario
    1. I set a value in the original authors metabox
    2. The value is not listed under co-authors authors list
    3. I update the post

    The value is removed and reverted back to the author present as co-author main in co-authors author list.

    Is there any way that I can set the original author box provided by WP as primary one? So that if I change the author which is not in the list of co-authors will stay?
