Make the text in my templates editable from the admin panel

  • Hi, let’s assume I have this page I made with a custom template (named page-akcii.php):

    The problem with this page is at the moment the text is hard-coded into the template and hence is difficult to edit (especially for other administrators, who don’t know how to code) :

    How do I make the text editable from somewhere in admin panel?

    It is not the only page like this on my website, so I need you to give me a direction on how to build them properly. I also don’t want to use any third-party page builders like Elementor or something, because I want to have full control of the HTML and CSS.
