Make theme / page length issue (affects % of page scroll trigger in Thrive Leads

  • Hey friends, I’m been troubleshooting an issue with a popup feature in Thrive Leads that is supposed to trigger after an assigned percentage of a page is scrolled through.

    The tech support at Thrive Leads sent me this to forward to you…

    Apparently this theme has some issues because the body height is detected as
    0.

    This is the reason we can’t detect how much in the page has been scrolled.

    Can you please contact the developers theme and let them know about this
    issue.
