    Hi Gary,

Yes, it is possible with WP-Portfolio. When you create or edit a listing, click on “Show Advanced Settings” and toggle the dropdown labeled, “Show Link?”. That should do it. If you run into any trouble, just let me know! ??

    Cheers,

    Thanks Bradon,

However, That only ads a clickable link next to the image. I am looking to make the thumbnail a clickable URL.

I noticed earlier that my screenshots ARE clickable. I just took another look and disabled the “Show Link” I mentioned earlier and my screenshots are still clickable.

However, I could not find any setting to make them so. It’s curious that mine are clickable and yours are not. I will have to look through the code to see where those links on mine are coming from exactly.

It might take me awhile before I can make some time to investigate that in-depth. I will update again once I know more.

    Sincerely,

    Brandon

    Hi Gary,

Sorry for the delay. It’s been busy with so many roll-outs this week. I finally had a chance to dig into this a bit, and I see that my “Layout Settings” are what puts the link on my thumbnails. Perhaps I customized mine from the default and just do not remember doing so. Otherwise, I am not sure why yours would be different.

However, here is what you should check and update, if not like mine:

Go to WP-Portfolio -> Layout Settings -> Website HTML Template

Just beneath the first div (portfolio-website), modify the thumbnail div to match as follows:

    <div class="website-thumbnail"><a href="%WEBSITE_URL%" target="_blank">%WEBSITE_THUMBNAIL%</a></div>

Please let me know how that works for you. ??

    Cheers,

    Brandon
p.s. Do not upgrade to v1.40 yet. My dev guy pushed the release before I had a chance to test it and it is broken. I am waiting on him to come back online to fix it, because I’m having trouble pushing updates to the WP repository. ??

Awesome! Thanks for confirming that it worked… I’ll have to remember that for the next person who asks. lol.

Don’t forget to leave a stellar review for the plugin, if you LOVE it! ??

    Cheers,

    Brandon
