Make TOC title clickable and toggle

    First of all: great plugin. I love using it!!

    Little feature request

    From UX/UI perspective it would be great if the TOC title becomes a clickable toggle to show/hide the TOC as well. When using the TOC, I keep clicking on the ez-toc-title element intuitively.

    Keep up the good work, I appreciate it!!!!
