Make woocommerce-info bar the whole link?

    Is it possible to change the html of the action bars that appear? Specifically the woocommerce_checkout_login_message one.

    I’m after making the whole bar clickable to drop down the login from rather than just the <a href="#" class="showlogin">Login</a> text.

    Is this possible using the woocommerce_checkout_login_message
