Makes Dashboard Receive 500 Internal Error

  • I run a multisite platform and one of my customers is wanting a scheduling platform for her catering business. Unfortunately I can’t afford the subscription from WPMU DEV and opted for this version. After installing this plugin I received a 500 Internal Error when attempting to log into the Dashboard to configure the plugin. Very disappointing for a company that thrives on multisite instances. I would like to use your plugin but would you please look into why it is not compatible with my multisite instance.

    Hope you’re well today and thank you for taking time to write a review ??

    First of all Appointments plugin is compatible with multisite, we have a lot of members using it without any issues.

    500 Internal Error are most likely caused by a plugin/theme conflicts, sometimes they can be caused by memory limit on your server.

    I don’t see you have a thread on the forum opened, if you still want to give Appointments another shot you can open a thread and we’ll be happy to assist you with this issue ??
