Making a bigger “add comment” button

Hi All,
On my blog, the ‘add comment’ button is very small and way down in a bottom corner.

I would like to add a bigger button higher up that says “Post Comment” or some such- like a ‘buy it now’ button.

Any suggestions? I’m VERY much a code Newbie- or code nonexistant really. But I can follow directions well. So instructions like “take the code below and cut and paste it into “x in place of x” or “just below the such and such code” would be appreciated.

Or a plug in suggestion would be even better. I couldn’t find one that did that after spending many hours looking.
