• Hello,
I’d like to be able to have what I use as my header on my site as a background as well. How can I do this?
I fiddled a bit and got it in the complete background (though it’s annoyingly blocky) but I want it as the whole entire background – everything under the text.

  • Do you know of a way to make it so the image isn’t so clearly tiled?

You’d need to modify the image – or possibly use a bigger one so there are fewer or no repeats.

Widening the post area is going to get into more complicated CSS…

What do you mean, modify the image?

How about extending the navbar so that it reaches each end? I’ve tried several tweaks in the navbar section of the CSS and had no luck.

    modify the image?

Use photoshop (or another image program) to make a new bigger image.
