Making a 'featured image' clickable // linkable

  • Hey community!
    I’ve been trying for the past few days to make my featured images ‘clickable’

    My theme (Panoramica), has custom posts for the ‘image slider’ and ‘features’ on the homepage. The way these images display onto the site is by setting the customs posts’ featured images.

    I’ve been trying to make these featured images clickable, but I’ve had no luck. I can’t seem to embed a link into the image when I upload it, and I can’t find anywhere else to input a destination URL.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
