Making a New Searchable Archive Page for Old Posts

I currently use my “Posts” page for minutes of our organization’s meetings. I want to change the information on “Posts” to news and events to be more interesting and to show up on static front page.

Therefore I would like to move all the previous (28) “minutes posts” to a new page called “meeting minutes archives”. I can just remove the old posts/minutes and paste them into a new page, but I would like that page to be a searchable archive where each of the posts can be found separately. How can I make a unique, searchable archive page for the minutes? Thanks.
