Making a new www.ads-software.com blog.

Hi out there.
My son helped me with innstalation a wordpress blog that I have connected to my website.
This time I want to install a new blog to use in connection with a bizmo micro store.
I innstalled a wordpress.com blog two days ago only to find out that it is not possible to use this blog for commerse. so I had to leave it, And if I understand ewerything correct, it is possible to have a micro store on a www.ads-software.com blog.
Like I said, this time I am on my own, My son can not help me this time, he is on another place on this planet. Miles away.

Can someone tell me how I innstall a new www.ads-software.com blog?
I wery much want to use a template called: Holisic Teahouse.
Can I start the new blog from this teplate if I download it, or do I have to make an “ordinary” blog first?
Can somebody out there help me out?
