Making a page that takes you to the log in page

I have just set up a journal and its going to be friends only. I have already found a plugin which allows me to set levels to my posts so I can choose who see’s what.

Anyway they will need to be able to log in once I have set up there account and currently the only way to do this is through the meta section on my journal. I would like to set it up so its a page, the section at the top where there is home tab etc. Is this possible and if so can someone tell me how to set this up please?

I have seen other blogs with this so I am hoping its possible, any help would be great. thank you!
