Making a website iPhone ready

I’m interested in making my WordPress site iPhone ready with one of the many great plugins that are out there. Here is my problem… My site is more of a traditional website than a blog. I have a bunch of pages that are organized via dropdown menus. There is a fairly complex system of hierarchy with lots of parent/child pages… This is where the problem comes in.

Most of the iPhone plugins just list the site’s pages without paying attention to hierarchy. Is there a way to show the user the parent pages and then drill down until they reach the page they are looking for?
