Making ad space appear immediately

    Right now when I go to my site, in the first second there is no empty space where the above-post ad shows and then the space appears for the ad and it pushes down the content. Is there a way to make it so this ad space (iframe?) is always there, so the website content doesn’t get pushed down when the ad loads?

    Here’s a screenshot to show what I mean.

    I want that empty space below the header to always load right away, instead of appearing a few seconds later and pushing down the post content.
