Making an exact copy of my wordpress site

Unfortunately I have all my files and folders of my wordpress site just under public_html folder. Since I have 2 other sites under proper folders inside public_html , my wordpress files and folders look awful without being inside a separate folder.

All I want to do is copy all the files related to my wordpress site into a new folder under public_html and then later delete these wordpress files and folders that are in public_html folder. Will my site work normal as before or is there any other changes I need to do in order to make my website work.
