    Hi there,

I’m doing a backup with Updraft without using the upload to the cloud functionality. When I click to backup it starts but the process gets blocked in the others folder. If I skip the other folder it gets blocked in the plugins folder. (and before I didn’t).

    I attach the log:
    https://pastebin.com/2gdQy53E

could you give me a hand with it?
    regards,
    David

    Hi David,

It shows that the backup get timed out or killed of in the “others” component.

Can you try to reduce the split archive size further down to 25mb? Then run a new backup and see if that helps resolve the issue.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

    Hi Bryle,

I tried with 25MB without success. In turn I deleted a file in:
    /wp-content/object-cache.php

    form a caching plugin (W3)

    that solved the isue,

    thanks
