Making blog post appear on landing (home) page

    I’ve set up four pages, using Responsive as my theme. They all look good, but how do I get my most recent blog post to appear on the page that first opens up on my blogsite? When I navigate to my post and click to view it, it comes up just fine. But I really need visitors to see it on the landing page, not have to hunt around for it. Thanks.

  • If all you want is to have your blog posts appear on the home page you can set this under Settings > Reading > and select the option Front page displays = Your recent posts.

    I have fixed this by creating a new page entitled ‘Blog’. I create a post, then copy and paste it to the Blog page I created. This allows me to keep my customized home page, where people can pre-order my novel, leave comments and follow. Thanks.
