• I am trying to create redirects to a couple of pages on my site, but I have created base directories have the same url as the redirect I’m wanting to set up. For example, lets say I was trying to set up a redirect of website.com/program, but one of my base directories is “program”, my redirect won’t work. Is it possible to change the base directories? If so, what is the process? I know just renaming the base directory doesn’t fix the problem, it just creates a new base directory but the old one is still there.

I know the simplest solution would be just to choose a different redirect url, but for marketing reasons we’d really like to use the ones that are conflicting.

I’m not sure how this is a file away question specifically. Rename your directory and change the correspdonding base directory setting in file away base config.
