Making check box 'required' doesn't work

    Hello,

    On my site https://www.britishtriathlonagegroupshop.org/ – we have a checkbox in the checkout called ‘Please agree to our Terms & Conditions including refund policy’, however when making this checkbox required, when you tick the checkbox and place order there is an error and it says ‘Please agree to our Terms & Conditions including refund policy is a required field.’ even when the box is checked, and the message appears twice.

    At the moment, because we need the checkout process to work, the field is not ‘required’, but if anyone could help with why this error is coming up that would be great.

    Addressing Issue as follows:
    Please make sure all your settings is correct for checkbox.
    After adding a new field, choose type must be checkbox

    – Abbreviation name must be entered,

    – to turn off required attribute, uncheck “Required” checkbox

    – to set the values of the checkbox as in “yes” or “no” or perhaps something else, click “More Toggler” >> “Checkbox Toggler” then fill in fields following instructions
