• I am using Virtue theme and use the text widget to try to make the widget clickable.
I type the text I want the widget to display.
Then in the text box the html code – at first it worked and then when I added Another footer widget the first one suddenly is not clickable anymore and the third is now linking to Another page than written in the html code.

Is there a special trick f?r Virtue Text Widgets?

  • Did you try using the default Text widget? This should work: <a href="url">link text</a>

Tried the same apart from the Words “link text”.
Does the proposal above mean that the link text should go in the html code string and not in the “subject title” for the widget?

Oh, now i see that you want the widget title to be clickable, right?

IN the Virtue team, when I type the widget title only it comes out as a box with that text quite large. That (which in Virtue looks like the full widget Square) is what I want to make clickable.

Still not working. Yes, I do want the Widget title to be clickable – is that possible?

If I replace the widget title with a Picture, I can get that clickable but it looks much better if I can get the title to be clickable directly.
See webpage https://www.helloworld.camp where I now have these two options next to each other ( the second widget however not yet clickable).
    Thanks in advance!
