Making Counties a required field

Hi,

I really like this plugin but for it to be useful the county field on the checkout page needs to be a required field.

For some reason I can change any field to be required except the county field or I’m doing something wrong.

The options on the woocommerce page to make it required are:

Type: empty
Name: shipping_state
Label: County
Placeholder: empty
Default Value: empty
Class: form-row-wide,address-field
validation: empty

then 4 tick boxes:

Required
Enabled
Display in Emails
Display in Order Detail Pages

The tick boxes are pretty self explanatory but I assume something needs going in the options above to make this work that I am missing?

Or does your plugin disable the option to make the County a requirement?
